I am a psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker based in New York. With a decade of clinical experience, I blend psychodynamic, CBT, and relational approaches in a warm, curious, collaborative style. In our work together, we will look closely at your current challenges or patterns in relationships that are no longer serving you, and explore how past experiences may be contributing to them. We will develop coping techniques to support you in the present, while also looking deeper to understand and address the root of the problem, so that you can experience deeper relief and meaningful, lasting change.
