Virtual Therapy for
New York & New Jersey
Sometimes the challenge isn't recognizing the pattern. It's understanding why it continues.
Helping adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, chronic illness, and patterns that no longer feel like they're serving them.
Therapy Can Help
Many people come to therapy because they feel stuck. They may understand what isn't working, but continue to find themselves caught in the same patterns—whether that's anxiety, people-pleasing, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, or feeling overwhelmed by life's demands.
Therapy offers an opportunity to better understand these patterns and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and direct, helping clients develop greater self-awareness, self-trust, and more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

About Julia
I'm Julia Mark, LCSW. I have more than ten years of clinical experience helping adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, chronic illness, and periods of feeling stuck.
My work is informed by psychodynamic therapy, which explores how past experiences and unconscious patterns shape the present, while also incorporating practical CBT-informed strategies when helpful. I believe meaningful change comes not only from learning new skills, but from developing a deeper understanding of yourself.
